Where do you ship to?
Shipping is only $1 to anywhere in the lower 48 States. If you live elsewhere, please contact us and we will give you a shipping quote.

Why is shipping only $1?
To keep things simple, mainly. But if you’ll notice, all of our prices are low. This is because this online store is not for profit; read more about the CoBM store.

Do I have to use PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest, fastest way to pay for your order. If you prefer to send a check or money order directly to us, please email us with your order and we will give you further instruction.

What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
A PayPal account is not required. You may still use the service without signing up for an account.

What if I want to cancel my order?
Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet shipped. To cancel an order, email us or call us directly, 1-540-RITUALS. All cancelled ordered will be charged a 5% fee to cover the Church’s refund expenses.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service within 48 hours of receiving the order (barring holidays and closures). Your order should arrive within one week of ordering.

I ordered the wrong thing/size, can I return it?
Sorry, no. Due to the personal nature of the items and for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns.

You got my order wrong!
No we didn’t. But, if we did, we will have you return the incorrect order and we will correct it, all at our expense.

And if my order is damaged?
Please contact the USPS if the package looks damaged or if you think the order was damaged in transit. If you believe the damage was caused by bad packaging, contact us directly.

And if my order is lost?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We sent all packages out via USPS. If you would live your order shipped overnight, shipped by a different carrier, or if you would like delivery conformation or a tracking number, simply let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, any extra shipping costs will be passed on to you.
