I used to perform all kinds of spiritual rituals on myself/for myself to help me get closer to my inner being and ease my mind. I got all my supplies from the BME shop, though, and I'm sure you all know it's been closed for quite some time.

So my question is, where do you get your supplies from? I live in the US so I think our laws on ordering medical supplies online might be more restrictive than other countries, but I'm not sure. Also, not having an MD/any other degree complicates things as well.

I think it would depend what supplies you are talking about. Dressings and first aid products are usually freely available, although some companies won't supply small quantities or only wholesale. Try drug stores.

Needles are available from a  wide range of online sources, although some of the higher quality ones may require proof of owning a business.

Anesthesia is a different matter though, as it is illegal to purchase for medical use. Not suire how BME got round it tbh. If i were in the USA i'd speak with artists i had a trusting relationship with.

I know in the UK sex shops sell xylocaine as delay spray legally at higher concentrations than any over the counter topical anesthesia.  Of course there are risks with such substances, especially if used incorrectly, so i wouldn't re commend or encourage it.
