Has anyone here stretched their nostrils? Mine were pierced at a 16g, and I just ordered 14g labret posts to insert in them, but i was wondering if anyone could give me some tips? Like, do i use tapers to take them up, or do i just lube the end of the post and push it through? Any advice and experience would be greatly appreciated! :)

I've stretched from 2.4mm to 4mm so far, so not much! So far it's a lot like stretching any other cartilage, which i have more experience of. There some info lurking around the forum about that.

Basically, dead stretches, small size jumps, decent tapers might help (anatomy and piercing placement depending), plenty of time to heal in between. And it may well be quite uncomfortable and stiff compared to lobes, but use common sense.

No problems. Keep us posted how it goes! I'm always interested to hear others experiences, and we can learn from each other.
