http://news.bme.com/2013/03/15…..1973-2013/

I am at a loss for words with this news. I am sure that I'm not the only one who was largely inspired down this body modification journey by Shannon Larratt. I never had the fortune of meeting him in person, but through his work with BME and his work afterwards, he provided a constant inspiration. I don't know what else to say except that he will be missed.

I can't believe it. Shannon was always a huge inspiration to me. His knowledge will live on, as will his memory.

I propose we do a ritual in honor. Any suggestions? Just wow!!

Everyone has something to say about the Mona Lisa until you're standing in front of it speechless.

I heard about this at work and was a bit at a loss of words. I wanted to do a small thing at my home for him on my ancestral altar then got to wondering if as a church if we'd be doing something. His words were prolific and among the deepest I've read in awhile, it touched me greatly this am.

I was going to respond to this and say that I regretted not knowing much about this guy who obviously has such a large impact on my life without my knowing it.

But instead of just lamenting my ignorance of the subject, I used this internet for something constructive and learned quite a bit about him.

My thanks to Shannon and those who supported him so he could become the man he was. He will be missed.

Sometimes I wonder if I can say anything in less than a hundred words.
