My geography of Canada is poor at best. If you are near Toronto or Vancouver, you should give Russ Foxx a shout. He's a suspension practitioner and lives in Van but travels to Toronto, and elsewhere, often. He is a member of the CoBM and is at least a good reference point to help you out. He can be reached at russ@russfoxx.com or on Facebook. Good luck!

I was also also going to recommend Russ Foxx.  While he is stationed in Vancouver, he does a ton of travelling.  If you google search him, his site should be the first to pop up and that will have updates on his schedule.  I believe he travelled to the Atlantic region of Canada not too long ago so I'm sure he'll be there again at some point.

I just wanted to thank you all for your help – it is truly appreciated. My wife is totally against me doing this, but I do not believe she understands why I need to do this.

Perhaps you should sit down with her and talk it through thoroughly, or invite her to join the forum and privately ask other members (such as myself) why we do these things, to show her that you are not alone?

Having been in the same situation with my wife i can say it isn't easy.

Clear, calm communication, while listening and understanding concerns goes a long way. If you can find out how she feels and why she objects you can address that more directly, or compromise where possible. Good luck, and also for finding the right practitioner!

I will try to get her to come to the site – if that is okay – I do not want anyone to think I have allowed someone in to look at their someotimes private thoughts who is not a member. Is it okay for her to see this site?
