I'm currently working in a tattoo and piercing shop in Texas, and the owner is wanting to undergo scarification both branding and cutting.  I am looking for information to learn basics from as well as requirements to offer this procedure to the daring public at large.  Can anyone help me out on here?

Do you know Kcir (Rick) who works at 713 Tattoo in Houston currently? Be a good contact to make for scarification.

ArtistJ, I do not know anyone in TX but the internet is amazing finding information.

I am one of those 'daring public at large' so to speak. I do have a scarification in the cutting form and I love it! I do plan on getting more done. The detail in cutting is very interesting and appealing to watch. I got my first scarification done on the inside of my left ankle so I was able to watch the full process. LOVED IT!!

If you go into scarification, I personally believe it is in demand as more and more people are interested in it. Of course, there are always those type that dont understand but hey its not for everyone :) I do hope you are able to find the answers you are looking for!
