I've been looking to get my ears pointed for a long while, but I can't really find any place in my general area that do it.
I live in Buffalo, NY and can easily get to big areas like NYC, Toronto, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, etc. So does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?!

Russ Foxx visits Toronto fairly regularly. I think Samppa von Cyborg is planning another US trip too. Both artists i'd recommend on reputation and quality of their finished work.

I've heard of Samppa von Cyborg but I've never been able to catch him when he's in US. I'll have to try and contact Russ Foxx and see when the next time he will be in Toronto is! Thanks :)

ShylaRose- it's a procedure which creates "Elf" shaped ears. They remove a small bit of tissue at the top of the ear and suture it together to create the point effect. It's also referred to as "spocking". Hope that helps!

I, too, would recommend Russ Foxx. If he isn't available, he may be able to offer another suggestion. Good luck!

I contacted the gentleman that split my tongue- I dunno why I didn't think of that initially- and he is making an appointment with a fellow in the field who does great points, so hopefully by next summer I will look on the outside how i feel on the inside ^____^. If that doesn't go through for some reason, I will definitely be contacting Russ.
I'm so excited about this becoming closer to a reality that I have butterflies EVERYDAY. I crazily check my phone to see if he's emailed me back with a date…way too often. Can't wait! Thanks everyone!

I am also hoping to get my ears pointed in the not to distant future, although I shall be going through Russ Foxx who was recommended above. Please do share your experience once completed for those of us who have yet to have ours.

Who is it you are planning on going to? Always interested in hearing about good artists.
