O.K. i went to the Trisha Goddard SHOW AS A GUEST, FOR BODY MODDED PEOPLE,turns out they wanted me to do some racist type television hype, scripted setup that made me sound racist,
So i gave them an ANTI-RACIST rant on national T.V. saying i hate everybody equally because all races have committed their share of contributing to the problems of mankind, and that more blood has been spilled over religion than all the wars combined in the world,Too kill the whole angle of racism i told them had i had a choice i would have been born black ….their whole plan went south, why cant we all just forget race and creed, and focus on being people, we should start a tribe of people known as "COLORED PEOPLE" , AND ALLOW ANYONE WITH A "TATTOO" TO JOIN NO MATTER STRAIGHT ,GAY,BLACK, WHITE,ASIAN OR INDIAN ,ANYBODY….
please let me know if you like the sound of this

Have you seen the finished program? I am very wary of television because of exactly these reasons.
Anyway i hope it comes out OK and you feel it represents you well.

How about a tribe that allows anyone in, even if they don't have a tattoo? ;) We could call it humankind.

"The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself." - Nietzsche

How about no tribes? Just everyone all sorts of equal?

I hate the media.

No. I don't like the sound of it. Segregating tattooed people into YET ANOTHER category is just as racist as all the other stuff. Maybe you are joking… I don't know you well enough to tell, in which case that is funny!! The confines of racism have been deeply ingrained and taught to MANY people from birth. Even using terms such as "gone South" can be taken as offensive if heard by certain ears.
Segregating people because of the way they look is a timeless issue and I believe love, kindness, and education are all necessary to overcome the situation. I am glad you were able to speak up for yourself and modified people in a way you feel good about. We all have our battles we deal with and I am glad you felt like sharing yours here. I hope your message will be heard and respected by yourself and viewers.

8 out of ten people have tattoo's you could have ten different races and there ink is all that makes them the same so no it wouldn't be a different add on to race it would be an opening to due away with races you should read up on societies outlooks on race and religion ,people have searched for a way to do away with racism for two hundred years..Surprised

Where do 8 out of every 10 people have tattoos? That's awesome if that is your town because it's not like that where I am. A quick google search shows the American average of people with tattoos is somewhere around 15-20%… not 8 out of 10 which is 80%. I also looked up statistics in the UK, Canada, Australia, and Korea none of which seem to be higher than young people in Canada ranking in the 40-50%.
Do you have any book or web site suggestion for reading about societies outlook? I consider myself an avid reader and I enjoy Leonard Peikoff's objectivism philosophy on generations and society, but he is old and may be considered stale by some people. I seem to soak up as much literature as I can about Agape and Eros because I know that my heart has been tainted by racism. I grew up in the 'Bible Belt' on 40 acres in Georgia like a sweet little hippie child. My father still uses racial slurs in communication and I try to teach him a better way. I am always mindful, although sometimes ignorant. I apologize if I offended anyone. I was giving my answer to the question asked. No need to be surprised when a woman gives an honest answer around here!Smile

In my opinion, a perfect world would have no categories, no need for statistics on race, tattoos, socioeconomic status, or anything for that matter. There would be no need for anyone to look at anyone and decide that they are anything but brothers and sisters to one another.

Anything that falls short of uniting all people as one, I disagree with.
