Am i going mad, or am i healing faster the more tattoos i have?!

I know it's normal to focus on it or be more impatient when it's novel, but i'm sure i'm healing objectively faster! My last one from my usual aritst took 7 days, start to finish.

Anyone else or am i a mutant?Cool

Clearly you are developing mutant super powers of faster tattoo healing.  There can be no other logical explanation to be had. Surprised

Oakbear you are not alone. I find the more things I get done be it ink, cutting, or a piercing I have healed faster. It still always shocks me. I think the more we meditate and focus on our bodies healing it helps with the process.

Slightly off topic…

The engagement ring tattoo I have healed entirely within three days.

It was only the second tattoo I'v ever had.

I think yoor body begins to adapt to the healing if you have something done enough times.

I've had my lips pierced 6 times and my last two healed almost entirely in just under 2 weeks.

Oakbear, does it keep the color well when it heals faster for you?

Yes colour is fine, no real difference.

Definitely something I did not know before, but I guess it would make sense.

The body does adapt to things once it has experienced it enough times.

Pretty cool though.
