I love non-lobe stretched piercings.  I've recently started the process of stretching my labret, though I'm going extremely slow with that one.  My labret is currently at a 10 gauge.  I've stretched my septum a little as well, its currently at an 8 gauge and I want to go up one more size to a 6.  My labret is something I want to go at least to 00 though I'm open to going larger it all depends on what it looks like once I'm there.  My nostrils are punched at a 2 gauge so those weren't technically stretched.  They remain one of my favourite piercings and I have no intentions to stretch them further than that.  I usually wear a nice large single flair on them to create the illusion that they're a little larger than they actually are.

ya my nostrils where punched at a 2g then tapered to a 0g and i just went up to a 00g it was pretty intense stretching them especialy since the ptfe always wanted to slide off when i was wrapping them so i had to take em out re-wrapp then try again im not going any bigger though cause i dont want them to start that droopy look that happens when you go real big on the nostrils ive already reshaped my nose from stretching my septum but i think that one ended up looking good

I've stretched my lips a little bit.

And my nose a little bit.

My tongue is currently stretched between a 10g and a 8g. I have a prince albert that floats between a 2g and a 0g depending on how long I leave the jewelry out, its been as large as a 00g. When I had my nipples done they were both at a 10g.

I've stretched my septum, tragus, conch, labret, bridge, tongue, nipples, and ampallang at some point, although i still have most of them.

I love how each is different and has allowed me to learn more about my body and myself.

My bridge is actually at just 1.2mm atm! I've never properly healed a bridge, and stretching was one of my attempts at a novel way to try to do so. The biggest i've been was 4mm.

Take it nice and slow.

Those areas are tender and you'll have to be extra careful with 'em.

But it's very possible the result is wonderful. :3

I will be stretching my tongue soon, to make my tongue split a little easier and try to reduce grow back.

Not sure if it actually helps, but people have said it does, and I don't see how it could hurt it, so I'm gonna go for it. :)

parasiva stretching the septum is very painful it feels like you got hit in the face with a truck but

the pain doesnt last for ever……… keep an eye on the bottom of your nose when you start getting to a larger size it will reshape your nose and if the piercing is at all crooked it might start to become more visibly crooked

I think I've gotten to the point where I cannot stretch my septum with tapers, even though I'm only at an 8 gauge attempting to get to a 6 gauge currently.  I suppose I'll have to seek me out some bondage tape and hope for better results through tape wraps.

vampyremage, give tape a go, but i found it irritated the area, and thus i didn't get very far.

I tapered or dead stretched in small jumps, often with custom sizes, leaving decent time between stretches. It hurt and sometimes took a while for each stretch (30 minutes or so), but seemed the best way for me. I also had to decide it wasn't ready on several occasions, and learnt to listen to my body about how much was too much.

Talking about it is giving me a weird nostalgia for feeling like i've been punchd in the face, with tears streaming down my face, but a strong sense of achievement at making the next size!

Its been well over a year since my last stretch and I've tried a couple times with tapers and lubricant.  Even though I'm not skipping sizes and its been a long time, my body just isn't willing to allow me to make the stretch happen.  Thus, I'm thinking tape is the next thing for me to try and, if that doesn't work, I may just have to get it scalpalled to a larger size.

Maybe, one person can be react very differently i guess!

Be aware that it's nothing like stretching ear lobes imho. Septum stretching is tough, can require some force and hurts, quite a lot sometimes! As long as you're not ripping or forcing the fistula out it seems ok.

I'm sure this reads as dreadful advice, and carries some risks. I don't think it's for everyone, but it worked for me when other methods did not. Knowing when you can manage stretching up when you can't is a tricky thing….

If you're unsure, or not set on doing this yourself, i know your artist will have good advice, and could even help taper if that's what you decide

i no some times its better to have someone who cant feel the  pain of stretching a septum to get it to the next size

As a general rule, I stick with metal or glass and avoid acrylic. I use a non-scented theraputic moisterizer twice a day a few days before stretching anywhere, and use a water based personal lubicant to help ease the piercing in. I don't have a septum piercing, so don't just jump into what I say.

As for piercings I have, I've stretched a piercing in my scrotum about to it's limit I think. 2g. The area stretches very easy, but also tears just as easy.
