Any Tips???

Hi PlugsNotGages, welcome to the forum.

How long has it taken you to stretch to that size?

If you've been using tapers up to this size there is a fair chance that you have some scar tissue there which will make natural stretching a bit slower.

The ideal way to stretch is just to allow plenty of time, and gradually the fistula loosens and the larger jewellery can be gentled eased in. This requires patience and discipline. Jewellery for stretching should be non or single flared, and made of glass, implant grade steel or titanium. A bit of lube helps a lot when it is ready too, but shouldn't take any force.

Another option is taping, wrapping a layer of bondage tape around existing jewellery, so stretching happens in very small increments. The key with this is, again, go very slowly, and never force it. As a method it can make stretching faster, but this can be a problem if you go too fast, thinning lobes and causing blowouts or further scar tissue. The tape can leave sharp edges if you are not careful either. I used this method, but it should still be done with patience and care.

The last option, if your ears simply won't go any further naturally, is to speak with reputable artist about scalpelling. This can be especially useful if you have caused significant damage from stretching too fast, or uneven ears.
