SUBJECT: Richard Ivey, III – New Initiate Minister

Richard Ivey, III, has been accepted as an Initiate Minister for the Church of Body Modification. Richard first submitted a Minister Application on August 15, 2009, and interviewed with the Board of Directors on August 30th to discuss his new position within the CoBM. Richard brings wisdom, integrity, and compassion to his new position as Initiate Minister and looks forward to assist other members in whatever ways he can. He will remain an Initiate Minister for approximately six months at which time will become eligible for a full Minister position.

Jason Morningstar – Initiate Minister

SUBJECT: Jason Morningstar, New Initiate Minister

Jason Morningstar has been accepted as an Initiate Minister for the Church of Body Modification. Jason first submitted a Minister Application on January 13, 2009, and met with the Board of Directors several times since to discuss his new position within the CoBM. Jason will remain an Initiate Minister for approximately six months at which time he will become eligible for a full Minister position.

Tiffany LeClair – Minister

Her application process began two months ago with the submission of her written application and has continued over the past many weeks through interviews. Open Board Positions

TO:  Church of Body Modification Members

SUBJECT:  Open Board Positions

 

The Church of Body Modification is actively seeking passionate individuals to fill its empty seats in the Board of Directors. Applicants must be involved in the body modification community and firmly believe in and support the mission and ideals of the CoBM. Qualities of applicants should include integrity, creativeness, flexibility, sincerity, and initiative.

 

Duties will include constant communication with other board members, making recommendations regarding the future management of the CoBM, appointing future ministers, developing and approving administrative policy, and to ensure and manage resources, as well as specific jobs that will be assigned to them. A Board member’s main objective is to promote the Church’s values, vision, mission, and objectives in a positive and constructive way.

 

We believe a position such as this should be inherent in a person. As such, there is no specific application to fill out. If you are interested in filling a board position, simply send an email to admin@uscobm.com and tell us about yourself. Points to make may include experience in leadership positions as well as knowledge and activity within the body modification community. All questions regarding the position will be answered promptly and directly. An email to us is the first step in this process. The second step is a private online interview with current board members.

All applicants and their applications will remain private.

Tiffany LeClair, Board Member

SUBJECT:  Tiffany LeClair

I am pleased to announce that Tiffany LeClair has accepted a permanent seat on the Board of Directors.  Tiffany has been an active and integral part of the CoBM since early February.  Her contributions include coding the member and minister applications and review and editing of important documents.  Her thoughtful advice and original ideas are helping to shape the future of the Church.  There are few things Tiffany hasn’t had a hand in since the relaunch of the CoBM earlier this year.  She is a great asset to the Church and a wonderful person, too.
